Visa Information

Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan or contact the Japanese Embassy in your country to verify whether you NEED or DO NOT a Visa (and the requirements) to enter Japan to attend and/or present a paper in the conference.

If you DO need a visa to enter Japan, the conference will prepare supporting documents ONLY to Presenters/Authors of a paper accepted in the conference.

To proceed, follow the following steps:

1) Make the registration and pay all the applicable fees first. We only prepare documents after you have successfully completed the registration and paid in full the required and all applicable fees.

2) Fill up the Request Form (all items required) to request for supporting documents to support your visa application. Scan the completely filled form and send as an attached file in an email, addressed to the email address specified in the form. 

3) After verification of your registration, payments, and application form information, the committee will send you notification, and start preparing your documents.
